Sakhi AI is operated by ENRENT PVT LTD. We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

1. What data we collect

We collect only the minimum data needed to provide period predictions:

• Your mobile phone number (for login only)
• Your name and age (for personalisation)
• Period start and end dates and times (for AI prediction)
• Pain ratings and flow ratings (Pro users only, optional)
• Emergency contact phone numbers (Silent SOS, Pro users only)

We do NOT collect location data, photos, contacts list, or any other personal information.

2. How we use your data

• To predict your next period date and time using AI
• To send you advance alerts via push notification and SMS
• To improve prediction accuracy over time

We never sell your data. We never share your data with advertisers.

3. Data storage

All data is stored on servers in Singapore (Supabase). Your data never leaves Asia. We comply with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 (DPDP Act).

4. Data retention

Your data is retained as long as your account is active. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from the Profile screen in the app.

5. Third party services

• Firebase (push notifications) — Google

6. Children's privacy

Sakhi AI includes a First Blood Mode for girls aged 10 and above experiencing their first period. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 10. If you are under 18, please use the app with parental awareness.

• Access your data: contact us at privacy@sakhiai.in
• Delete your data: use the Delete Account option in Profile screen
• Correct your data: edit from Profile screen
